[Job summary]

- Take charge of C&B group specializing in Payroll field
- Proceed Payroll calculation
- Proceed PIT declaration and finalization
- Forecast labor expense
- Proceed periodical report
- Register salary scale, review company benefit policy
- Update Labor Law & related law
- Manage procedure of disciplinary, labor contract signing, performance evaluation, satisfaction survey....
- Control procedure supporting foreigner laborers (work permit, residence,...)
- Lead team C&B to achieve operation objectives

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduated
- Strong experience of C&B (at least 2-3 year) at Manufacturing companies (size from 500)
- Experienced of C&B Team Leader or ability to lead 3-4 members (qualification of a Team Leader)
- English fluent OR Japanese (at least N3)
