Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Analyst position in Procurement Effectiveness will ensure master data consistency and provide regular flow of spend analytics to commodity managers.
• He/She will enable the business to improve commodity spend by collecting and analyzing spend data.
• He/She will interact regularly with commodity managers, controlling, IT department.

Job Duties:

• Improve continuously procurement tools (budget forecast, negotiation template, e-tools with suppliers, etc..)
• Support implementation of EDI with key suppliers
• Develop and manage Procurement Dashboard
• Perform procurement analysis to evaluate issues and to develop insights
• Creates regular analysis and reporting of spend and savings realized by commodity
• Follow up material trend, contract, audit
• Manage procurement folder
• Follow up on suppliers assessment
• Consolidate forecast from controlling and provide them to commodity managers
• Ensures the integrity of all data and analysis related to areas of focus

• Experience:

• College/Bachelor’s Degree on Finance/Accounting
• Non-experienced requirement: Fresher will be trained
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Pivottable, Macro, VBA)
• Working time: Monday - Friday.
