• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns for projects, including company websites and social media.
• Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
• Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to help shape future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Performing other duties when needed.

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
• Experience planning and leading initiatives.
• Previous working experience as a Marketing Specialist for at least 1 year.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, good teamwork, friendly.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Preferred:
• Knowledge of Chinese language.
