| Mô tả |
- QA/QC Engineer is to plan, supervise and perform quality control activities and help QA/QC Manager in establishing and implementing QA/QC system in all business of Vina-offshore.
- Prepare specifications and ITP for the common production of Vina-Offshore.
- Prepare operating procedures (OP) and operating instruction (OI) for the common production’s operation, basing on the above common specifications/ITP and input from operating units.
- Revise the common ITP/OP/OI to create project ITP/OP/OI for a specific project, if so required, basing on Client specification for that project (project specification).
- Plan for compilation of MDR for specific project/production.
- Submit the above mentioned documents to QA/QC Manager for approval.
- Monitor the implementation of the ITP/OP/OI/MDR compilation.
- Review documents in purchasing materials and services for compliance with V.O common specification and/or project specification.
- Select WPS and prepare Weld and NDT Map, Weld Summary Record plan for specific projects submit to QA/QC Manager for approval.
- Raise NCR basing on input from QC inspector; propose corrective and preventative actions; submit to QA/QC Manager for approval.
- Perform other task when assigned by QA/QC Manager.

| Yêu cầu |
- Bachelor in production/quality engineering is minimum qualification.
- At least 5 years of working experience at QA/QC function in oil and gas fabrication or in related industry.
- Good understanding of International Standards i.e. ANSI, AWS, ASME, API… etc.
- Understanding of quality management system to ISO 9001 standard.
- Be responsible for his/her tasks, initiative, problem-solving minded and of team working spirit.
- Willing to learn in improving his/her performance.
- Good command English (spoken & written).
- Strong computing skills on MS applications and AutoCAD.
