MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the production according to Bosch standard (safety, quality, cost, delivery, 5S)
- Planning and tracking daily production
- Co-ordinate with other departments to run manufacturing lines
- Manage operation team

2. SPECIFIC TASKS
- Maintain traceability system for product
- Planning and tracking of training activities
- Providing day to day guidance to shopfloor associates
- Plan, advise, motivate and guide the member of the team and initiate changes if required
- Conduct the daily consultation with reference to the cooperation between different departments
- Guarantee the continuity of knowledge and skills in the team
- Control and organize the activities with reference to realization of the objectives
- Hiring, managing, coaching to shopfloor associates
- Provide department development strategy to management
- Guarantee the safety and stimulates the well being with his/her work area
- Monitor the budget of the work area
- Managing and tracking: productivity, 5S activities, suggestion scheme, Continuous improvement, TPM

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

1. EDUCATION
- University graduation, major in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, or similar

2. EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years experience in position of supervisor of industrial manufacturing plant
- Experience in leading big teams of 200 - 300 employees is a big advantage
- Strong mindset with safety, quality, and target achievement
- Knowledge of Quality Management System
- Knowledge of TPM application, referable for knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
