Job Description
1.Reporting and Forecasting
• Inventories (Monthly MBR - LEAN Sustainability Meeting +Target-Setting, quarterly current forecast - CF, yearly business plan - BP)
• Supply chain costs (monthly MBR, quarterly CF, yearly BP)
• Monthly Logistics Dashboard/ 9-field-matrix
2. Improvement Projects
• Analyze and define improvements for Supply Chain Costs + Inventories
• Support Logistics department with data for Continuous Improvement Project (CIP) work
• LEAN Coordination for Logistics department
3. Digital Reporting
• Define improvements with team and implement digital solutions (e.g. Power BI)
• Align with Manufacturing-Excellence-Team, IPN and Regional Logistics on reports and priorities
• Power BI Key-User
4. Contact-Person to Powertrains Solution (PS) Organisation
• PS contact partners LOG costs
• PS contact partners LOG inventories
• KPI/KPR (Key Performance Results) - Coordination with other departments (Quality Management, Manufacturing, Technical Functions, International Production Network - IPN)
5. Department-Coordination
• Investment-Controlling
• iStar-system (Special Freight Management)
• Regular presentations/ Reportings for Head of Department
