• Monitor Production activities.
• Supervising and emsure the production are always running within acceptable efficiency.
• Review daily production report and communicate problems with internal staff and discuss with depatment concerned.
• Understand on Mold design, Modification and mold repairing process and knowledges.
• Supervising and able to resolve the machine, molding problem with the Technical team.
• Ensure part being pack with correct quality requirements and recorded and received by warehouse. To monitor production progress to ensure timely delivery and fulfill proposed procedure.
• To carry counseling to subordinate on performance and other issue.
• Monitor, guide and advice subordinate on daily work procedure.
• To hold discussion or briefing session with subordinate to clarify outstanding issues, advice and schedule training on regular basis.

• Daily discussion with the Planner on the Production plan.
• Arrange to maximize usage of labour.
• To up grade labour performance through monitor output, motivational training and councilling personnel concerned.
• To monitor any secondary or off line operation are being carry out in accordance with requirements.
• To monitor any rework or Sorting works are being carry out in accordance with requirements,if there's any.
• Lead the team to carry and to follow up the internal Kaizen activities.
• To understand the key impacts to the production, be proactive and think ahead of problems.
• Coordinate with quality and other departments on production and production analysis of processes so as to remedy/ solve issues.
• Responsible for up keeping of factory work place "5S" & visual management program implementation.
